Privacy Policy
This page explains what this review site collects when you read it, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. The site is an independent guide to online casinos. It is not a casino, and it never asks for card details, casino passwords or identity documents.
Who we are
We publish written reviews of online casinos for readers in Australia. The reviews are based on public pages of each operator, screenshots we take ourselves and our own notes. We do not hold gambling accounts on your behalf and we cannot see what you do on an operator's website.
If a sentence on this page uses the words we or us, it means the editorial team that runs this review site. For any privacy question, use the contact details given in the footer of the page you are reading.
What we collect
When you open a page, our server records technical details that every web server records: your IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser and device type, and the page that referred you. We use this to keep the site running, to spot abuse and to learn which reviews are read.
We do not run registration on this site, so we hold no usernames, passwords or profiles. If you write to us by email, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer and for a reasonable period after that, in case you reply.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for basic operation, such as remembering that you dismissed a notice. Others come from an analytics tool that counts visits and shows us which sections people reach on phones and which on desktops.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the pages from loading, though a notice may appear again on your next visit.
Links to operators
Buttons on this site lead to the operator's own website. When you click one, the operator and its partners may set their own cookies and record the visit. From that point their privacy notice applies, not ours, so read it before you create an account.
We may receive a payment if you register through a link. That does not change what we write about the operator, and it does not give us access to your account or your play.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or reduced to figures that cannot be tied to a person. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Send the request by email and tell us which page you visited so that we can find the log entry. We will answer within a reasonable time.
This site is for adults. If you are under 18, please leave. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this page
We update this policy when our practices change. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page, and older versions are not kept online.
